Register for the March 28 Office Hour to Ask A Biocurator

Have questions about how to submit your structure to the PDB? Want to learn more about validation? Interested in better understanding how your entry has been biocurated?

Biocurators can answer your questions about OneDep, pdb_extract, the PDBx/mmCIF format, five-character CCD IDs, and more.

Bring any questions to our virtual office hour on March 28, 2024 with biocurators Brian P. Hudson and Ezra Peisach.

Researchers who are in the process of preparing a structure for deposition, have questions about the biocuration process, or are interested in PDB structure validation are encouraged to attend.

The office hour will run from 1:00pm - 2:00pm ET, 10:00am - 11:00am PT.
