A workshop was held in March 2026 to establish community consensus for deposition and reuse of high-throughput structural biology data from fragment screening, hit-to-lead studies, and lead-optimization campaigns.

Participants reflected relevant stakeholder communities, including representatives from major crystallographic fragment-screening facilities, NMR fragment-screening facilities, software developers with expertise in processing, refinement and validation, the user community representing both academic and industrial users, the wwPDB, Instruct-ERIC, and scientific publishers and editors.
