Register for the September 12 Office Hour: Streamlining PDB Deposition

Have questions about preparing your data and submitting your structure to the PDB?

Our biocurators are here to help! They can guide you through preparing files and supplementary information, starting a deposition session, navigating the deposition interface, and more.

Join us for a virtual office hour featuring helpful tips and best practices to make your deposition process smoother, followed by a Q&A session on:

2:00pm - 3:00pm ET, 11:00am - 12:00pm PT.

Researchers who are in the process of preparing a structure for deposition, have questions about the biocuration process, or are interested in PDB structure validation are encouraged to attend.

If you’re currently working on or planning to deposit a structure, this is a great opportunity to get your questions answered.
