1VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP7.5277Apo crystals of beta-Catenin were grown from 14% PEG3350, 0.1M Hepes pH 7.5, 0.2M L-proline. Crystal was transferred into a soaking solution and incubated at RT for 4 days. Crystals were transferred into cryoprotectant (14% PEG3350, 0.1M Hepes pH 7.5, 0.2M L-proline, 20% glycerol), and then flash frozen in liquid nitrogen.
