THE STRUCTURES WERE CALCULATED BY TORSION ANGLE DYNAMICS FOLLOWED BY MOLECULAR DYNAMICS IN CARTESIAN SPACE. THE FINAL 20 STRUCTURES WERE FURTHER REFINED IN A WATER-SHELL. |
