1VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP293.15DYNLT1-DYNLT2B was crystallized using the hanging-drop vapour diffusion method by mixing 1 ul of protein solution (15 mg/ml) with 1-2 ul of precipitant (1.2-1.4 M potassium sodium tartrate, Tris pH 8-8.5) and incubating at 20 degrees Celsius. Crystals were cryo-protected in mother liquor supplemented with 25-30% glycerol and then flash frozen in liquid nitrogen.
