CRYSTALS WERE CRYOPROTECTED BY BRIEF IMMERSION IN RESERVOIR SOLUTION SUPPLEMENTED WITH 30% ETHYLENE GLYCOL AND CRYO-COOLED BY PLUNGING INTO LIQUID NITROGEN. |
