This domain adopts an alpha-helical structure consisting of five helices [1]. It contains two highly conserved sequence motifs: FSWxD and MxLWI/LKxRI/L. The formation of the T.gondii ATP synthase hexamer involves two contact sites in the lumenal region. ATPTG10 contributes to the the second site via interaction with ATP synthase subunit 11 (ATPTG11).

PF00085Thioredoxin (Thioredoxin)ThioredoxinThioredoxins are small enzymes that participate in redox reactions, via the reversible oxidation of an active centre disulfide bond. Some members with only the active site are not separated from the noise.Domain
