UniProtKB description: Pleiotropic ABC efflux transporter that confers resistance to numerous chemicals including anisomycin, cycloheximide, fluconazole, miconazole, ketoconazole, itriconazole, nystatin, terbinafine, amorolfine, brefeldin A, amphotericin B, fluphenazine, as well as estrogen. Plays a role in farnesol-induced apoptotic process through glutathione efflux activity.
