Diffraction Image Resources
Several resources that store diffraction image data related to PDB structures have been recently established. Such data are made available to help improve the reproducibility of experiments and the automation of structure determination tools. We now have links to diffraction image data from the Store.Synchrotron Data Store (Store.Synchrotron.org.au) in addition to the Structural Biology Data Grid and proteindiffraction.org.
Advanced Search menu for finding entries with external links.Search for PDB Entries with Diffraction Images
The Advanced Search for "Has External Links" can be used to find entries connected with other resources. This search can be found at the bottom of the Advanced Search menu in the "Miscellaneous" section.
Access Image Data from Structure Summary Pages
The "Experimental Data & Validation" section at the bottom of the Structure Summary Page contains links to diffraction images (if available).
