Diffraction Image Resources
Several resources that store diffraction image data related to PDB structures have been recently established. These data are made available to help improve the reproducibility of experiments and the automation of structure determination tools. Using Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs), more than 2,800 sets of diffraction image data available from the Integrated Resource for Reproducibility in Macromolecular Crystallography (ProteinDiffraction.org) have been connected to PDB entries. Links to diffraction image data from The Structural Biology Data Grid are already available.
Advanced Search menu for finding entries with external links.Search for PDB Entries with Diffraction Images
The Advanced Search for "Has External Links" can be used to find entries that have links to either ProteinDiffraction.org or SBGrid.org. This search can be found at the bottom of the Advanced Search menu in the "Misc." section.
Image Links on Structure Summary Page
The "Experimental Data & Validation" section at the bottom of the Structure Summary Page contains links to diffraction images (if available).
